Coming back ...

It's been a while since I posted on ADO but rest assured that is going to change in the new year. Here's the latest commentary about this past year, blogging plans for next year, and my challenge for the new year with watching dramas. It's good to be back! Read More

I'd Marry This Guy!

Contrary to the ratio depicted on this blog, I have actually seen a lot of Korean dramas. In fact, Korean dramas were some of the first I ever watched. This is my first Korean drama review on ADO and it's about a guy I totally would marry actually. *grin* Read More

Monster Parent

This is actually one of my most favorite reviews. It is the most indicative of my actual voice and analytical levels of thought. I thoroughly enjoyed this review and all the angry emails I received from fansubbing groups because of it. *laugh* Read More

In a well-written drama, the story comes out of the characters. The characters in a well-written melodrama come out of the story.

Welcome back dramatic friends and fans!

First off I want to thank everyone for your patience while I reformatted all of the previous reviews to fit the new theme.

If you read my latest post you already know that ADO will be returning in full force on January 1st 2011. Part of the new debut includes this sweet new theme that will allow me to spend more time writing and less time tediously making image galleries and other such things to enhance the look of each review. The new theme also supports embedded video so I hope to be able to bring you guys some clips of some of my favorite scenes from each drama I review. With the new year will also come more reviews of Korean dramas as well since I've found some really enjoyable ones during my hiatus.

There are a few additions to each review page that I'd like to make mention of:

  1. Print Friendly buttons have been added to all posts. This totally woot!worthy button will allow you to print or make PDFs out of any reviews you like. You can remove images or select which sections you want to keep or delete all on the fly without even leaving the page. Thanks to a couple of fellow bloggers for pointing this feature out to me as several drama fans have asked for it in the past.

  2. Facebook comments have been added to all posts. You can now login with your Facebook credentials and post comments about the reviews and have them also posted to Facebook. I encourage everyone who may have posted comments - and even those who haven't yet - to please express your thoughts and opinions and share them on Facebook.

  3. Each review also has a simple voting system added. I don't expect anyone to actually use it *grin* but it's there. I'd love for some ratings from the fanbase.

I want to again thank all the ADO fans for writing me supportive and vicious emails asking and demanding me to return to review writing. *grin* You guys are awesome.

See you all soon!
